Company or Christmas Dinner in Mallorca: Private Minibus for the Whole Group
From late November until Epiphany, almost every group in Mallorca has a dinner on the calendar: the company party, the team dinner, the yearly get-together with friends or New Year's Eve. Often the best place is outside Palma, on a country estate or in an inland village, and the same question comes up every year: who's driving back? With a private minibus and driver nobody has to skip the toast, the group arrives together and leaves together, and there is one price for the whole group.
How it works
The driver picks you up at one or several points (the office, a couple of stops in Palma, the hotel), drops you at the restaurant and collects you at the time we agree for the return. The vehicle is for your group only, with driver and insurance included, and the price is fixed for the whole group: if you split it between you, the total stays the same.
Tell us the date, how many you are, where to pick you up and the restaurant, and we'll send you a free, no-obligation quote. Nothing is paid in advance: you pay the driver on the day of the service.
On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day the price may be different and the service depends on availability: ask for a quote early and we'll confirm whether we can do it.

5 tips for organising transport to your dinner
- Book as soon as you have the restaurant. Fridays in December fill up fast.
- Give us every pick-up point. If people are coming from different places, we plan a route with several stops.
- Think about the return. Agree an approximate time to head back; if dinner runs late, let the driver know.
- How many of you, really? Someone always joins the company dinner at the last minute: give us the maximum number so we bring the right vehicle.
- More than 22 people? For larger groups we prepare a proposal with several vehicles.

No. It's a fixed price for the whole group, based on how many you are and the route. If you want to split it between you, the total stays the same.
