Booking your transfer
- Total number of passengers
Please make sure to include babies and children in the total number of passengers in your group. Example: if three adults, one child and one baby are travelling together, you will need to book a private transfer vehicle with capacity for 5 people.
- Address of your accommodation
In any holiday destination there may be more than one hotel, apartment complex, chalet or villa with the same name, so we need the full address to avoid confusion.
- Mobile phone number
This is very useful if we need to contact you during your journey or your stay.
When you confirm your booking, your booking reference will appear on the screen with the option to print it before leaving our website. You will automatically receive a booking confirmation email.
In this same confirmation you will also receive details and instructions on what to do when you arrive and how to reconfirm your return transfer.
Important: It is essential that you have your booking confirmation with you during your transfer. You must show it to the driver or representative before boarding the transport. We recommend carrying two copies – in some destinations transport providers must keep one copy of the confirmation as proof of passage and for legal reasons.
Modifications: If you wish to change any details of your booking, such as the flight number, time, accommodation name or address, as well as your mobile number, please notify us by email directly via the Contact form or call our telephone number.
Cancellations: You may cancel a booking online up to 5 days before the departure date via the Contact form. However, cancellations cannot be made on our website during the last 5 days before your departure date.
Your transfer
Upon arrival, once you have collected your luggage and passed through security, please proceed to the meeting point indicated in your booking instructions.
At some airports we have a desk; at others you will see your driver or representative holding a Mallorca LowCost sign. You must show your booking confirmation to the driver or representative before boarding the transport.
If you cannot find your driver or representative, please call the emergency number indicated in your booking confirmation.
No. All transfers with Mallorca LowCost are non-smoking .
Mallorca LowCost regrets that it cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred due to a flight delay or missed travel connections as a result of adverse weather conditions, road conditions or any other force majeure.
